1. Website scope and business identity
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of wow-payments.com and its informational and inquiry features. The website operator is Wow Ambassador Payments, trading as WOW Payments. “WOW Payments,” “we,” and “us” mean Wow Ambassador Payments; “you” means a visitor or business representative using the website.
The website describes payment processing, Clover POS equipment and software, Clover Capital, and consulting. These website terms do not open a merchant account or replace an executed processing, equipment, software, capital, support, or other service agreement. If a separate agreement applies to a service, that agreement governs that service and resolves any conflicting service terms.
Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the website. If you do not agree to the website terms, discontinue use. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself mean you have agreed to purchase services.
3. Inquiries, scheduling, and communications
The contact form helps our team understand your needs and respond to the email address you provide. A request for information, a consultation, a quote, or an appointment is not a merchant-account approval, a binding offer, or a promise of availability. Confirm the scope and applicable terms directly with the team before relying on a proposed service or appointment.
If scheduling or customer-account features are offered, follow their displayed instructions and any applicable booking conditions.
Keep sensitive cardholder data, passwords, government identifiers, and bank credentials out of the general inquiry form and ordinary email. Ask for the appropriate method before sending a processing statement or application documents. Privacy practices are described in the separate Privacy Policy.
4. Quotes, pricing, and descriptions
Website descriptions and example configurations help you explore options. Available equipment, software features, integrations, pricing, fees, taxes, delivery, installation, and support depend on the services and configuration selected. Obtain the relevant written quote and agreements before deciding.
Advertising language, example savings, comparative claims, or statements about benefits do not independently establish your rates or contract terms. Confirm processing fees, software subscriptions, equipment purchase or lease costs, accessories, warranty coverage, promotional conditions, and any cancellation or termination charges in the documents that apply to your proposal.
We may correct website errors or outdated information. A correction does not alter an existing agreement except as allowed by that agreement and applicable law. No rate, savings amount, free service, or approval guarantee is created by these terms.
5. Payment processing and merchant relationships
Payment processing involves the relevant processor, acquiring bank, card networks, merchant, and other providers. Opening or maintaining an account can require application review, identity and business checks, underwriting, and continuing compliance. The roles and responsibilities of WOW Payments and each provider must be identified in the agreements for the account.
Authorization, acceptance, settlement timing, reserves, holds, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and account restrictions are governed by applicable provider agreements, network rules, and law. An authorized transaction is not necessarily final or immune from reversal. This website does not guarantee approval, funding timing, uninterrupted processing, or elimination of fraud or chargebacks.
Merchants are responsible for their own sales, goods and services, customer disclosures, refund decisions, and transaction practices, subject to their agreements and applicable law. Follow the relevant provider’s procedures for refunds, disputes, suspected fraud, and account changes.
These terms do not represent WOW as a bank or establish that WOW itself holds or settles merchant funds.
6. POS equipment, software, and support
Clover hardware and software options, connected applications, menus, inventory tools, reporting, and integrations depend on the device, subscription, configuration, and provider. A website image or example screen may differ from the system available to your business.
Equipment sales or leases, delivery, returns, warranties, installation, training, maintenance, and support are subject to the quote and agreement you accept. Discuss responsibility for network connections, compatible devices, software licensing, updates, backups, and staff access before deployment. These terms do not create a hardware warranty or a specific support response time.
Merchants should manage employee permissions, protect account credentials, review configuration and reporting, and comply with the security responsibilities in their agreements. A POS setup or a statement on this website does not certify the merchant’s compliance with PCI DSS or other requirements.
7. Capital options and consulting
Information about Clover Capital is an invitation to discuss the program. Availability, qualification, offer amounts, costs, remittance or repayment arrangements, and other conditions depend on the provider, the program, your business, and the offer documents. An inquiry is not an approval or a commitment to provide funding.
Consulting on payment costs, POS choices, or business workflows provides information for your own decisions. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances and review the actual provider documents before making a commitment.
These website terms do not classify a capital product as a loan, promise funding, or establish its financial terms.
8. Third-party services and integrations
The website and proposed service setups can include third-party products, applications, analytics, scheduling tools, maps, and links to external sites. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and technical requirements can apply. Review them before signing up, connecting an account, or allowing data access.
Compatibility and features can change when a provider updates or discontinues a product. Do not assume an integration is included or supported without confirmation in your proposal. WOW’s responsibilities for selecting, setting up, or supporting a third-party service depend on the applicable agreement. These terms do not excuse responsibilities that law or an executed agreement places on WOW.
9. Acceptable website use
Use the website for lawful information gathering and legitimate business inquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, send spam, harvest personal information, or use its content to impersonate WOW Payments.
You may link to the website and refer to its public information without suggesting an endorsement or business relationship that does not exist. Use of the website does not grant permission to misuse another person’s intellectual property or confidential information.
Access to website features may be limited to address misuse, maintenance, security concerns, or legal requirements. Restricting website access does not itself terminate or change a separate merchant or service agreement.
10. Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. WOW Payments branding and third-party names or logos remain subject to their owners’ rights. Clover and other product names identify the products discussed; their appearance does not change the relationships established by provider agreements.
You may read and use the website to evaluate the described services. Do not reproduce or distribute protected materials for commercial purposes without the permission or other legal basis required. A message or document you submit remains subject to your rights and any third-party rights; no ownership transfer or broad publicity license is created by these terms.
11. Website availability and limitations
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and inquiries. It may contain errors, become unavailable, or be affected by technical changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the website will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
Verify information material to a business decision directly with WOW Payments and the relevant provider. Website disclaimers do not replace written service warranties, remove mandatory legal rights, or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Questions, disputes, and applicable law
If you have a concern about the website, contact us using the details below. For a merchant-account, equipment, software, or capital dispute, follow the procedures and notice requirements in the relevant agreement. Sending a website inquiry does not replace a formal contractual notice or preserve a filing deadline.
The office location alone does not establish a governing-law clause. These terms do not waive rights or protections that applicable law makes non-waivable.
13. Changes and interpretation
Website information and features may be updated. Any legally required notice or acceptance process for changes must be followed. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend a separate executed service agreement.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not exercising a right in a particular situation does not automatically waive it in another. These terms concern website use only; they do not state that every agreement between you and WOW Payments is contained here.
